When conducting work with new freelancers, we use a 3-step,
test-based application process which ensures that all
of our staff will only provide the highest quality service.
Below are some of the core requirements we demand from
our service-providing freelancers: |

| For Translators, Proofreaders/Editors
: |
|
1) At least 500 pages of prior experience in the
area of translation or editing being applied for.
2) Translators, proofreaders, and editors must apply
for specific areas or industries. For example, members
who apply and become approved for computer science/programming
technical translation/editing will not be employed
to translate/edit other types of documents, even
other types of technical documentations.
3) Translators, proofreaders, and editors must work
with documents only into their mother tongue and
must have relevant work experience within the sector
or industry for documents which they will be working
with. |

| For Project Managers: |
|
1) At least 3 years relevant experience at a professional
Translation agency or related field.
2) Dedicated and flexible working style with a warm
personality. |
